Combining our UK mold design team and CAD-CAM facilities with high technology CNC machine tools, including wire erosion, at our moldmakers' premises we are able to offer a complete service of full 3D design and manufacture of new tooling including high levels of technical project management. Our consultants are extremely knowledgeable and experienced and can advise from the earliest stages of a design project.

We have particular expertise in complicated technical molds for the electrical, electronic, automotive, telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries. We can also arrange for competitively-priced manufacture of the final product, again in the UK, Portugal, China or elsewhere overseas, where the client so demands. Very often it is highly beneficial to have the first production runs in the country of manufacture to prove out all aspects of the tooling prior to bringing it back to the home country.
